01 The studio model
We start companies the way good engineers ship software: pick a real problem in a real domain, build the smallest thing that proves it, and compound from there. Every product we back is AI-native at the core — not a chatbot bolted onto a legacy workflow.
The through-line across the portfolio is the same: durable products where machine intelligence does something genuinely hard, grounded in a domain we understand. We build the IP, run it on Azure, and take ideas from a working 10 to a credible 100.
Intelligence sits at the center of the product, not in a marketing banner. If a model doesn’t make the experience meaningfully better, we don’t ship it.

An AI lesson concierge for golf teaching professionals.
Birdie Pro gives teaching pros a smart assistant for running their lesson business and deepening every student relationship. The roadmap extends into a swing-capture flywheel that pairs computer vision with voice to close the gap between what a golfer feels and what actually happens.
An AI-powered animal behavior wearable.
OneCollar combines hardware with on-device machine learning to read and respond to animal behavior in real time. We’re iterating through a hardware revision while sharpening the on-device models that make it work without the cloud in the loop.
Smart, refillable whole-home scent.
The Clearing is a five-bay diffuser that knows what is loaded and how much is left. Cartridges identify themselves, the companion app names each bay and fires a burst on demand, and the refill model replaces the throwaway cartridge economics the category runs on today.
A storytelling companion that helps children learn — safely.
Runcible teaches through story, in a persistent world that picks up where last night left off. Every sentence clears an independent safety judge before a child ever hears it, and the morning digest shows a parent exactly what was said and what was held back. An homage to Neal Stephenson’s The Diamond Age, which has stuck with the founder since first imagining a world with books that could think.

Our products run on Microsoft Azure end to end. We build IP on managed services so the team can spend its time on the hard, domain-specific problems instead of undifferentiated infrastructure.
